Arkansas attorney calls Paul Petersen case 'horrifying'
U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas Duane "Dak" Kees spoke to ABC15 by phone, saying they had sent a "writ" to Arizona to ask for first dibs in trying Peterson for his alleged crimes.
