Crimes Against Women Up, Conviction Rate Low At 18.9%
Parliament lawmakers have expressed outrage over the horrific rape-murder of a veterinary doctor in Hyderabad. And yet, the conviction rate for crimes against women is low at 18.9%, NCRB data shows. Anjali Ojha reports.
