Using puppets to teach kids about sex abuse
A group of Communication and Creative Arts students from KDU University College are using puppets to teach primary school children how to protect themselves from sexual abuse. The children learn about their private parts, inappropriate sexual behaviour and identify a safe adult to disclose sexual abuse.
